3. Assembly Instructions
Please follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is highly recommended to have two people for this process, especially when installing the bungee cords.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the parts list (not provided in this document, refer to your product's included manual).
- Assemble Frame: Connect the frame sections. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Bungee Cords: This is the most physically demanding step. A special tool (TR11 tool) is included to assist with this. Do not install each adjacent bungee cord in turn. Instead, install cords diagonally to the frame to fix the mat.
- Bungee Cord Installation Detail:
- Put the rope through the ribbon buckle. Mount to the screw head adopted for leg pipe installation.
- Pull the rope with the TR11 tool and mount it to the pillar to fix.
- At the same time, pull the elastic band ball, wrapped around the top of the frame.
- Make the elastic band hang to the ball and then remove the T-hook.
- Attach Legs: Securely attach the 8 legs to the trampoline frame. Ensure the anti-slip pads are correctly positioned.
- Install Handle Bar: Attach the T-shaped handle bar to the frame. Adjust its height to your preference and secure it.
- Leveling: Once assembled, press down firmly on different sides of the trampoline frame 2-3 times to ensure it sits flat and is properly leveled.

4. Operating Instructions
Using your ONETWOFIT trampoline is straightforward. Follow these guidelines for a safe and effective workout.
- Handle Bar Adjustment: To adjust the height of the T-shaped handle bar, loosen the adjustment knob, slide the bar to one of the four desired height levels (42", 44", 47", 50"), and then securely tighten the knob. The handle bar can also be removed if not needed.
- Starting Your Workout: Step onto the trampoline mat carefully. Begin with gentle bounces to get accustomed to the rebound.
- Bouncing Technique: Keep your core engaged and knees slightly bent. Focus on pushing down into the mat rather than jumping high. This provides a more effective and joint-friendly workout.
- Using the Handle Bar: The handle bar provides stability and balance, especially for beginners or when performing more dynamic exercises. It can also be used for support during certain movements like knee raises.
- Variety of Exercises: The trampoline can be used for various exercises including gentle bouncing, jogging in place, jumping jacks, and squats.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your trampoline and ensure safe operation.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the frame and mat with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Bungee Cord Inspection: Periodically check all bungee cords for signs of fraying, stretching, or damage. Replace any damaged cords immediately.
- Frame and Leg Inspection: Ensure all frame connections and leg attachments remain tight and secure. Tighten any loose bolts or screws.
- Storage: Store the trampoline in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your ONETWOFIT trampoline, refer to the following common solutions.
- Difficulty Assembling Bungee Cords: The bungee cords are designed to be tight for optimal rebound. Use the provided TR11 tool and follow the diagonal installation method as described in the assembly section. Having a second person assist can significantly ease this process.
- Trampoline is Not Level: After assembly, firmly press down on different sides of the trampoline frame 2-3 times to help it settle and level out. Ensure all legs are securely attached and evenly tightened.
- Unusual Noise During Use: Check all frame connections and leg attachments for tightness. Ensure bungee cords are properly installed and not rubbing against the frame. The anti-slip pads should be intact and correctly positioned on the bottom of each leg.
- Missing or Damaged Components: If you receive the product with missing or damaged parts, please contact customer support immediately for assistance. Do not attempt to use the trampoline with incomplete or damaged components.
