Setup
Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or stickers.
- Wipe down the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (baking pan, pizza pan, dehydrate basket, wire rack, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant countertop. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of space on all sides and above the oven for proper air circulation.
- Insert the crumb tray into the bottom slot of the oven.
- Plug the polarized plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
First Use (Burn-Off)
Before cooking food, it is recommended to run the oven empty to burn off any manufacturing residues. This may produce a slight odor or smoke, which is normal.
- Close the oven door.
- Turn the Function knob to 'Bake'.
- Set the temperature to 450°F (230°C) and the time to 15 minutes.
- Press the 'Start' button.
- Allow the oven to complete the cycle. Once cooled, the oven is ready for use.

Using the Step Cook Function

- Select your first cooking function (e.g., 'Bread Proof'). Set the desired temperature and time.
- Press the 'Step Cook' button.
- Select your second cooking function (e.g., 'Bake'). Set the desired temperature and time for the second step.
- Press 'Start'. The oven will execute the first function, then automatically transition to the second.
