3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Hardware Installation

Follow these steps to install the network card into your desktop PC. Ensure your computer is powered off and unplugged before proceeding.

Connect the white end of the provided Bluetooth 9-pin USB cable to the corresponding port on the network card, and the other end to the 9-pin USB header on your motherboard. This connection is essential for Bluetooth functionality.

  5. Secure the Card: Use the provided screws to secure the network card's bracket to your PC case. If you have a small form factor PC, use the included low-profile bracket.
  6. Attach Antennas: Screw the two 6dBi dual-band antennas onto the connectors at the back of the network card. Adjust their position for optimal signal reception.

  7. Close PC Case: Replace the side panel of your PC case and reconnect the power cord.

3.2 Driver Installation

After hardware installation, you need to install the drivers for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality. This card is compatible with Windows 10/11 64-bit.

  1. Using the Driver CD: Insert the provided driver CD into your optical drive and follow the on-screen instructions to install the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers.
  2. Downloading Drivers: If your PC does not have an optical drive or if you encounter issues with the CD, download the latest drivers from the official Intel website or the EDUP website (szedup.com). Search for drivers compatible with the Intel AX200 chipset.
  3. Installation Process: Run the downloaded driver setup files. Follow the prompts, accepting the license agreements and completing the installation. A system restart may be required after installation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Connecting to Wi-Fi

Once the drivers are installed, you can connect to a wireless network:

  1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray (usually in the bottom-right corner of your screen).
  2. Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
  3. Click "Connect" and enter the network security key (password) if prompted.
  4. Your PC should now be connected to the Wi-Fi network.
