This manual provides instructions for the safe and proper operation of your eKids Trolls TR-553 Bluetooth MP3 Karaoke Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference. This portable karaoke system features Bluetooth connectivity, MP3 playback from internal memory or USB, a working microphone, and a light show function.

Controls and Ports:
- Power ON/OFF Button: Press to turn the unit on or off.

5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charging
- Locate the USB Charging Cord in the rear compartment.
- Connect the small end of the USB charging cord to the USB Charging/Data Transfer Port on the back of the unit.
- Connect the large end of the USB charging cord to a powered USB port (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter - not included).
- Allow the unit to charge fully before first use. The LCD display will indicate charging status.
5.2 Connecting the Microphone
- Insert the microphone plug into the Mic Jack on the rear of the unit.
- Ensure the microphone ON/OFF switch on the front of the unit is set to the "ON" position when ready to use.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Press the Power ON/OFF button located on the front panel to turn the unit on or off.
6.2 Selecting a Mode
Use the Mode Switch on the rear of the unit to select between Bluetooth, MP3 (internal memory), or USB playback modes.
6.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the unit is powered on and the Mode Switch is set to Bluetooth.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the rear of the unit. The LCD display will show a pairing indicator.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to its Bluetooth settings and select "eKids Trolls Karaoke" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the unit will emit a confirmation tone, and the Bluetooth indicator on the LCD display will become solid.
- You can now stream audio wirelessly from your device to the karaoke machine.
6.4 MP3 Playback (Internal Memory / USB)
- To play from internal memory, set the Mode Switch to MP3.
- To play from a USB drive, insert a USB drive containing MP3 files into the USB Charging/Data Transfer Port and set the Mode Switch to USB.
- Use the Play/Pause/Shuffle, Reverse, and Forward buttons to control playback.
6.5 Using the Microphone
- Ensure the microphone is connected to the Mic Jack.
- Set the Microphone ON/OFF switch on the front panel to "ON".
- Adjust the microphone's volume using the Mic Volume control on the rear panel.
6.6 Light Show Function
Press the Light Modes button on the front panel to activate and cycle through various light show patterns integrated into the Trolls World Tour display.
6.7 Adjusting Volume
Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the front panel to control the overall audio output volume.
7. Charging the Internal Battery
The eKids Trolls TR-553 Karaoke Machine features a built-in rechargeable battery. When the battery level is low, the LCD display will show a low battery indicator.
- Connect the USB Charging Cord to the USB Charging/Data Transfer Port on the rear of the unit.
- Plug the other end of the USB cord into a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
- The charging indicator on the LCD display will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change or turn off.
- Disconnect the charging cable once charging is complete to preserve battery life.
8. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To maintain battery health, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the unit regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
- Microphone Care: Handle the microphone gently. Avoid dropping it or exposing it to moisture.
9. Troubleshooting
