4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On

After connecting to power, the unit will automatically begin cooling. Allow the display case to reach the desired temperature before loading products.

4.2 Temperature Control

The temperature range is 0°C to 10°C. Use the digital control panel (if present, typically located near the top) to set and monitor the internal temperature. Refer to the specific controls on your unit for detailed adjustment instructions.

4.3 Loading Products

Distribute products evenly on the shelves to ensure proper air circulation. Do not block the air vents inside the unit. The display case is equipped with 5 GN 2/1 grids and slides per door, with a maximum load capacity of 30 kg per grid.

The doors are lockable for security. Use the provided key to lock and unlock the doors as needed.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning
