Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your PC components into the Sharkoon RGB LIT 100 case.
1. Preparing the Case
Carefully remove the side panels. The tempered glass side panel can be detached by unscrewing the thumbscrews. Ensure you have a clean, spacious work area.

2. Motherboard Installation
The RGB LIT 100 supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards. Install your motherboard onto the pre-installed standoffs. Secure it with screws.
3. Power Supply Installation
Install your power supply unit (PSU) into the dedicated tunnel at the bottom of the case. The PSU can have a maximum length of 21.5 cm. Route cables through the provided pass-throughs for optimal cable management.
4. Storage Drive Installation
The case can house up to six SSDs. These can be mounted on the power supply tunnel or behind the mainboard tray. The HDD/SSD cage in the tunnel offers space for either two more SSDs or two 3.5-inch hard drives. The cage is removable if more space is needed for PSU cables.

5. Graphics Card and CPU Cooler Installation
Install your graphics card(s) into the PCIe slots. Graphics cards with a length of up to 35 cm are supported. CPU coolers with a height of up to 15.7 cm can be accommodated.
6. Fan and Cooling System
The case comes with a pre-installed 120 mm fan behind the front panel for intake and another 120 mm addressable RGB fan at the rear for exhaust. The case supports a total of six fan mounting options and has space for radiators.

Control Options:
- Case Button: If your motherboard does not have RGB control, you can cycle through various lighting modes and colors using the reset button on the case.
- Motherboard Software: For advanced control and synchronization with other components, connect the case's RGB cables to a compatible addressable RGB header on your motherboard and use the motherboard's dedicated software.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your PC case and components.
- Dust Filters: The case includes dust filters behind each air intake. Regularly remove and clean these filters to maintain good airflow and prevent dust buildup inside the case.
- Exterior Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior surfaces, including the tempered glass panels. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Interior Cleaning: Periodically use compressed air to remove dust from internal components and fan blades. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
- Fans Not Spinning:
Ensure all fan power cables are securely connected to the motherboard or a fan controller. Check BIOS settings to confirm fan control is enabled and configured correctly.
- RGB Lighting Not Working:
Verify that the RGB cables are correctly connected to either the case's internal controller or the motherboard's addressable RGB header. If using motherboard control, ensure the software is installed and configured. Try cycling through modes using the case's reset button if motherboard control is not active.
- Poor Airflow/Overheating:
Check if dust filters are clean and not obstructed. Ensure fans are oriented correctly for optimal airflow (front intake, rear exhaust). Verify that all case fans are spinning. Consider adding additional fans if temperatures remain high.
- Front Panel USB Ports Not Functioning:
Confirm that the USB 3.0 header cable from the front panel is securely connected to the corresponding header on your motherboard.
