4.3. Pairing Sockets with the Remote Control
The sockets and remote control are typically pre-paired. If they are not responding or you wish to re-pair them, follow these steps:
- Plug the outdoor socket you wish to pair into a power outlet. The green LED indicator on the socket should light up.
- Within approximately 5 seconds of plugging in the socket, press and hold the desired channel button (1, 2, 3, or 4) on the remote control for about 3 seconds.
- The socket's LED indicator should flash, confirming successful pairing.
- Repeat this process for each socket and desired channel. You can assign multiple sockets to the same channel for group control.
- To clear all pairings from a socket, plug it in, then press and hold the 'G' (Group) button on the remote for 3 seconds within 5 seconds of plugging it in. The LED will flash to confirm reset.

7. Troubleshooting
Socket not responding to remote:
- Check battery: Ensure the remote control battery is not depleted and is correctly inserted (refer to Section 4.1).
- Re-pair: The socket may have lost its pairing. Follow the pairing instructions in Section 4.3 to re-pair the socket with the remote control.
- Range: Ensure you are within the effective range of the remote control. Obstacles like thick walls can reduce range.
- Power: Verify that the socket is properly plugged into a live electrical outlet and the connected device is functioning.
Device connected to socket is not turning on:
- Socket ON: Ensure the socket is switched ON via the remote control. The green LED on the socket indicates it is receiving power and is ON.
- Device ON: Check if the connected device itself is switched ON or if its internal power switch is in the correct position.
- Overload: Ensure the connected device's power consumption does not exceed 3680W.
- Device Fault: Test the device by plugging it directly into a standard wall outlet to rule out a device malfunction.
