  • Always ensure your firearm is unloaded and safe before attaching or detaching the bipod.
  • Verify that the bipod is securely attached to the rifle's sling swivel stud before use.
  • Do not overtighten the attachment screw, as this may damage the rifle stock or the bipod.
  • Keep fingers clear of moving parts, especially during leg deployment and retraction, to prevent pinching.
  • Regularly inspect the bipod for any signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Do not use if damaged.
  • This bipod is designed for stability during shooting; it is not intended for carrying the rifle by the bipod legs.

4. Package Contents

Upon opening the package, ensure all the following items are present:

  • CVLIFE 6-9 Inch Adjustable Rifle Bipod (Aluminum)
  • Picatinny Adapter (if included with your specific model)
  • Hex Wrench (for adapter installation, if applicable)

Note: Adapter not included with all models. Applicable for sling swivel stud rifles.

5. Setup and Installation

The CVLIFE Bipod is designed for easy attachment to a rifle's existing sling swivel stud. If your rifle does not have a sling swivel stud, a compatible adapter (e.g., Picatinny or M-LOK to swivel stud adapter) may be required and is sold separately.

5.1 Attaching the Bipod to a Sling Swivel Stud

  1. Prepare for Installation: If present, remove any plastic tube or protective cover from the bipod's attachment mechanism.
  2. Loosen Thumbscrew: Locate the clamp adjustment thumbscrew on the bipod's base. Loosen it sufficiently to allow the bipod to fit over the rifle's sling swivel stud.
  3. Position Bipod: Align the bipod's attachment point with the sling swivel stud on your rifle's forend. Ensure the pins on the bipod engage correctly with the stud.
  4. Tighten Thumbscrew: Once properly seated, tighten the clamp adjustment thumbscrew firmly by hand. Do not overtighten. The bipod should be secure and not wobble.

The bipod features an integrated sling swivel attachment point, allowing you to still use a rifle sling even with the bipod installed.

  1. Locate the small loop on the underside of the bipod's base.
  2. Attach your rifle sling's swivel to this loop.

5.3 Picatinny/M-LOK Adapters (Not Included)

If your rifle uses a Picatinny or M-LOK rail system and lacks a sling swivel stud, you will need a separate adapter to convert the rail to a sling swivel stud. These adapters are not included with the bipod.
