Setup
1. Charging the Headset
- Connect the micro USB charging cable to the charging port on the headset.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, blue for fully charged).
- Allow approximately 1-2 hours for a full charge.
2. Pairing with a Device
- Ensure the headset is fully charged and turned off.
- Press and hold the Multi-function Button (MFB) for approximately 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately. This indicates pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "KM0490" or "Traveler K20" from the list of found devices.
- If prompted for a password, enter "0000".
- Once successfully paired, the indicator light will flash blue slowly.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds until the blue indicator light flashes.
- Power Off: Press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds until the red indicator light flashes and then turns off.
Call Management
- Answer Call: Press the MFB once.
- End Call: Press the MFB once during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the MFB.
- Voice Dialing: Press the MFB once when not on a call (if supported by your device).
Music Control
- Play/Pause: Press the MFB once.
- Next Track: Press the Volume Up button for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press the Volume Down button for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up: Press the Volume Up button briefly.
- Volume Down: Press the Volume Down button briefly.
Multi-point Connection
The headset can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
- Pair the headset with the first device as described in the "Pairing with a Device" section.
- Disable Bluetooth on the first device.
- Put the headset back into pairing mode (red and blue flashing).
- Pair the headset with the second device.
