Introduction to Your Monster Vision

The Monster Vision Portable Entertainment System is designed to provide versatile audio and video entertainment on the go. Featuring a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS screen and powerful 60W audio, it offers up to 8 hours of video playback and an impressive 25 hours of audio playback. With dual HDMI ports, a USB port for device power, and an included external Full HD ATSC tuner, you can connect your favorite smart streaming devices, gaming consoles, or watch live TV. Its IPX4 weather-resistant exterior ensures durability in various outdoor conditions.

What's Included

Upon unboxing your Monster Vision, please ensure all the following components are present:

Setup Guide

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Monster Vision. Connect the provided power cable to the 15V DC input port on the back of the unit and plug it into a standard wall outlet. A full charge takes approximately 6 hours. The unit can also be recharged via a 15V DC vehicle input (cable sold separately).

Connecting External Devices (HDMI/USB)

The Monster Vision features a hidden compartment on the back for connecting streaming devices or gaming consoles. Open the compartment to reveal two HDMI ports (HDMI 1, HDMI 2) and a USB port (5V == 2.1A) for powering your device.

• Streaming Devices/Gaming Consoles: Plug your Amazon Firestick, Roku, Chromecast, PlayStation, Xbox, or similar device into one of the HDMI ports. Use the USB port within the compartment to power the device.
• External ATSC Tuner: Connect the included external Full HD ATSC tuner to the TV antenna input for watching over-the-air television channels.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

The main control panel is located on the top of the unit, providing access to all functions. It includes controls for volume, input selection, FM radio, Bluetooth pairing, and microphone adjustments.

Powering On/Off

Locate the power switch on the back of the unit. Flip the switch to the 'On' position to power on the Monster Vision. To power off, flip the switch to the 'Off' position.

Video Playback

Enjoy up to 8 hours of continuous video playback. Select the desired input source (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, or TV/USB) using the 'VIDEO' button on the control panel or the remote. The 15.6" Full HD IPS screen provides a clear and vibrant viewing experience.

Audio Playback

The Monster Vision delivers up to 25 hours of audio playback with its 60W speaker system. You can connect via Bluetooth, use the FM radio feature, or connect external audio devices via the AUX In port.

• Bluetooth: Press the Bluetooth button on the control panel to enter pairing mode. Search for "Monster Vision" on your device and connect.
• FM Radio: Press the FM button to switch to FM radio mode. Use the arrow buttons to tune to your desired station.
• AUX In: Connect an external audio source (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) using the provided AUX cable to the AUX In port.
• Microphone Input: The unit includes a MIC input for PA system use, allowing for public address or karaoke functions.

Weather Resistance

The Monster Vision is IPX4 weather resistant, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes it suitable for outdoor use, but it should not be submerged in water.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Monster Vision, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. For the screen, use a microfiber cloth specifically designed for electronics. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use, store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all ports are closed to maintain weather resistance.
• Battery Care: For extended storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% every few months to prevent deep discharge and prolong battery life.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Monster Vision, please refer to the following common solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the unit is fully charged or connected to a power source. Check the power switch on the back.
• No Signal (HDMI/TV): Verify that the external device is properly connected to the correct HDMI port and powered on. For TV, ensure the external ATSC tuner is connected and an auto-scan for channels has been performed.
• Bluetooth Pairing Issues: Ensure the Monster Vision is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing blue light). Check that your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing.
• Poor Audio Quality: Adjust the volume on both the Monster Vision and the connected audio source. Ensure cables are securely connected if using AUX In.
