4.1 FIDO2 Passwordless Authentication

For services supporting FIDO2, you can log in without a password. Simply initiate the login process, and when prompted, insert your Thetis Security Key, enter your PIN, and touch the key's sensor. This verifies your identity securely.

4.2 U2F (Universal 2nd Factor) Authentication

When logging into a U2F-enabled service, after entering your username and password, you will be prompted to insert and touch your Thetis Security Key. This acts as a second factor, confirming your identity.

4.3 HOTP (HMAC-based One-Time Password)

The HOTP feature generates a unique one-time password. This is typically used in conjunction with a username and static password for multi-factor authentication. Consult the specific service's instructions for integrating HOTP with your Thetis Security Key.
