4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

1. Charge the Charging Case: Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The indicator light on the case will show charging status.
2. Charge the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated. The earbuds will begin charging automatically. Indicator lights on the earbuds or case will confirm charging.
3. Full Charge: Once fully charged, the indicator lights will change or turn off. Disconnect the charging cable.

4.2 Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Power On: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other. You may hear a voice prompt indicating "Power On" and "Pairing".
2. Activate Bluetooth: On your mobile phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
3. Search for Device: In the list of available Bluetooth devices, look for "HBQ-i8 TWS" or a similar name.
4. Connect: Select "HBQ-i8 TWS" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a voice prompt "Connected" or see an indicator on your device.
5. Reconnect: After initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the charging case, provided Bluetooth is active on the device.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will power on automatically. Alternatively, press and hold the multi-function button on each earbud for approximately 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will power off automatically. Alternatively, press and hold the multi-function button on each earbud for approximately 5 seconds.

5.2 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single press the multi-function button on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double press the multi-function button on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double press the multi-function button on the left earbud.
• Volume Control: Please control volume via your connected device.

5.3 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single press the multi-function button on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for approximately 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: Triple press the multi-function button on either earbud.

5.4 Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for approximately 3 seconds (after power on and pairing).

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Water Exposure: The earbuds are not waterproof. Avoid exposure to water, moisture, or sweat.
