1. Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before use.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- This appliance is for household use only.
2. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your Ultrean Air Fryer.

Components:
- Main Unit: Houses the heating element and fan.
- Control Panel: LED touch display with temperature and time controls, and preset options.
- Basket Handle: For safely pulling out the cooking basket.
- Nonstick Basket: The primary cooking container, designed for easy cleaning.
- Nonstick Grill Plate: Removable plate inside the basket for optimal air circulation.
3. Before First Use & Setup
Before using your air fryer for the first time, please follow these steps:
- Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean Components: Wash the basket and grill plate thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry completely. The basket and grill plate are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe Main Unit: Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Initial Run (Odor Removal): It is normal for a slight odor to be present during the first few uses. To minimize this, place a few slices of lemon in the basket and run the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Ensure good ventilation.
- Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of free space on the back and sides, and 4 inches (10 cm) above the appliance.
4. Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Prepare Food: Place the food you wish to air fry into the basket. Do not overfill the basket to allow for proper air circulation.
- Insert Basket: Slide the basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet. The display will light up. Press the Power On/Off button (triangle/play symbol) to activate the control panel.
- Set Temperature: Press the Temperature symbol (thermometer icon) and use the control knob to adjust the temperature (180°F-400°F).
- Set Time: Press the Time symbol (clock icon) and use the control knob to adjust the cooking time (0-30 minutes).
- Start Cooking: Press the Power On/Off button again to start the cooking process. The fan and heating element will activate.
- Pause/Resume: You can pause cooking at any time by pulling out the basket. The air fryer will automatically pause and resume when the basket is reinserted.
- Shake/Turn Food: For even cooking, especially with items like fries or chicken wings, it is recommended to shake or turn the food halfway through the cooking time. The air fryer will pause when the basket is removed.
- End of Cooking: The air fryer will automatically shut off when the set time has elapsed and beep several times. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving dish.
Using Presets:
The Ultrean Air Fryer comes with 8 convenient cooking presets for common food types.

- Follow steps 1 and 2 from Basic Operation.
- Press the Mode button (M symbol) repeatedly to cycle through the available presets. The corresponding icon will light up on the display.
- Once you select a preset, the air fryer will automatically set a default temperature and time. You can adjust these settings manually using the temperature and time buttons if desired.
- Press the Power On/Off button to start cooking.
Cooking Tips:
- For crispier results, lightly brush or spray food with oil.
- Smaller food items usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger items.
- Preheating the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food can improve cooking results.
- Foods that are typically cooked in an oven can also be cooked in the air fryer.
- For delicate foods or those that might stick, consider using parchment paper or aluminum foil in the basket.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the air fryer after every use to prevent food residue buildup.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Clean Basket and Grill Plate:
- Remove the basket and grill plate.
- Wash them in hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and grill plate in hot water for about 10 minutes.
- Alternatively, the basket and grill plate are dishwasher safe.
- Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
- Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Clean Heating Element: Use a cleaning brush to remove any food residue from the heating element inside the air fryer.
- Storage: Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting
