Product Overview

The Logia Money Counter is designed for rapid and accurate counting of banknotes, featuring advanced counterfeit detection capabilities. This device enhances efficiency for various applications, including business, banking, and accounting. It includes functions such as automatic counting, custom batching, and addition, alongside comprehensive detection methods to identify fraudulent bills.

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the money counter and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: main unit, power cord, external display (if included), and cleaning brush.
  2. Placement: Place the money counter on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, or moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the power input port on the back of the money counter, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. External Display Connection (Optional): If using the external customer-facing display, connect its cable to the designated port on the back of the main unit. Position the external display for optimal viewing by customers.

Operating Instructions

Basic Counting

  1. Power On: Turn on the money counter using the power switch, usually located on the back or side of the unit. The unit will perform an automatic self-check.
  2. Prepare Bills: Straighten and fan out the bills to remove any air or static. Ensure bills are not folded, torn, or excessively worn.
  3. Load Bills: Place the stack of bills neatly into the hopper (the top tray). Ensure the bills are aligned properly and fit within the adjustable guides.

  1. Start Counting: The machine will automatically begin counting once bills are detected in the hopper. The count will be displayed on the LED screen.
  2. Collect Bills: Once counting is complete, collect the counted bills from the stacker tray. The unit automatically clears the count for the next batch.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Logia Money Counter, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
