Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the money counter and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: main unit, power cord, external display (if included), and cleaning brush.
2. Placement: Place the money counter on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, or moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the power input port on the back of the money counter, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
4. External Display Connection (Optional): If using the external customer-facing display, connect its cable to the designated port on the back of the main unit. Position the external display for optimal viewing by customers.

Operating Instructions

Basic Counting

1. Power On: Turn on the money counter using the power switch, usually located on the back or side of the unit. The unit will perform an automatic self-check.
2. Prepare Bills: Straighten and fan out the bills to remove any air or static. Ensure bills are not folded, torn, or excessively worn.
3. Load Bills: Place the stack of bills neatly into the hopper (the top tray). Ensure the bills are aligned properly and fit within the adjustable guides.

4. Start Counting: The machine will automatically begin counting once bills are detected in the hopper. The count will be displayed on the LED screen.
5. Collect Bills: Once counting is complete, collect the counted bills from the stacker tray. The unit automatically clears the count for the next batch.

Control Panel and Display

• Counting Display: Shows the total number of bills counted.
• Batching Display: Indicates the preset batch quantity.
• MG/UV/IR Indicators: Light up when magnetic, ultraviolet, or infrared detection is active or when a counterfeit is detected.
• ADD Button: Activates the addition function.
• BATCH +1 / -10 Buttons: Adjusts the custom batch amount.
• RESET Button: Clears the current count and resets the machine.

Functions

• Batch Function: Press the BATCH button, then use the +1 and -10 buttons to set a desired quantity (default is 100). The machine will stop counting once the set number of bills is reached. Remove the batch, and the machine will resume counting for the next batch.
• Addition Function: Press the ADD button. Each subsequent count will be added to the previous total. Press ADD twice to exit this function.
• Counterfeit Detection: The machine automatically performs UV, MG, and IR detection during counting. If a suspicious bill is detected, the machine will stop, beep, and the corresponding indicator light will illuminate. The detected bill will be the last one in the stacker tray. Remove the bill and press RESET to continue counting.
• Half-Note/Chain Note Detection: The unit will stop and beep if a partial note or overlapping bills are detected. The problematic bill will be the last one in the stacker. Remove it and press RESET to resume.

The optional customer-facing display provides real-time count visibility.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your money counter.

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the dust and debris from the sensors, rollers, and internal components using the provided cleaning brush or a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the machine is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
• Dust Removal: Use compressed air to gently blow away dust from hard-to-reach areas, especially around the bill path and sensors.
• General Care: Avoid spilling liquids on the machine. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Store the machine in a dry, cool place when not in use.
