Setup and Adjustment
The CQR Tactical Belt is designed for easy setup and customizable length to ensure a perfect fit.
1. Initial Threading
- Take the end of the belt without the buckle.
- Thread this end through the belt loops of your pants, starting from one side and going all the way around.
- Once threaded, insert the belt end through the buckle. The buckle features a simple pass-through design for quick securing.
2. Adjusting Length
The belt's length can be easily customized. If the belt is too long, you can trim the excess webbing. Use a sharp tool to cut the desired length, and then carefully apply heat (e.g., from a lighter or match) to the cut edge to melt the nylon and prevent fraying. This ensures a clean and durable finish.

3. Securing the Belt
Once the belt is threaded and adjusted to your waist, pull the free end to tighten it to a comfortable and secure fit. The high-density plastic buckle will hold the webbing firmly in place.

Operating the Buckle
The CQR Tactical Belt features a quick-release, non-metal buckle for ease of use and security.
1. Fastening the Buckle
After threading the belt through your pant loops and the buckle, pull the free end to achieve the desired tightness. The buckle's design ensures a firm grip on the webbing, preventing slippage.
2. Releasing the Buckle
To release the belt, simply pull up on the small tab located on the buckle. This action disengages the locking mechanism, allowing the belt to loosen or be removed quickly.

3. Travel Convenience
The non-metal buckle is ideal for travel, as it allows you to pass through metal detectors without needing to remove your belt.
