Important Safety Instructions
Please read and save these instructions before using your humidifier. Basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.
- Do not operate any humidifier with a damaged cord or plug.
- Do not place the humidifier near heat sources such as stoves, radiators, or direct sunlight.
- Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, level surface.
- Do not immerse the humidifier in water or other liquids.
- Unplug the humidifier before filling, cleaning, or moving it.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Use only clean, cool tap water. Do not use hot water.
- Do not add any additives other than essential oils specifically designed for humidifiers with PP material tanks.
- Do not block air vents.
- If the humidifier emits an unusual smell or sound, discontinue use immediately and contact support.
Product Overview
The Deerma F301 is an ultrasonic air humidifier designed to add moisture to the air and can also function as an essential oil diffuser. It features a top-fill design, a 360-degree rotatable mist outlet, and an auto shut-off function for safety.

Setup
1. Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the humidifier.
- Ensure all components listed in the "Product Overview" section are present.
2. Placement
- Place the humidifier on a firm, flat, waterproof surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and appliances.
- Ensure the mist outlet is not directed towards furniture, walls, or electronics.
3. Initial Fill
- Remove the top cover.
- Fill the water tank with clean, cool tap water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Replace the top cover securely.
Operating Instructions
1. Filling the Water Tank (Top-Fill Design)
The Deerma F301 features a convenient top-fill design, allowing you to add water directly without removing the tank.
- Ensure the humidifier is unplugged before filling.
- Simply remove the top cover.
- Pour clean, cool tap water directly into the water tank. Do not fill past the maximum water level indicator.
- Replace the top cover firmly.

2. Adding Essential Oils
This humidifier is made with anti-corrosion PP material, allowing for direct addition of essential oils to the water tank.
- After filling the water tank, add a few drops of your preferred essential oil directly into the water.
- Do not use corrosive or non-water-soluble oils.

3. Powering On and Adjusting Mist Volume
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the control dial clockwise to power on the unit and adjust the mist output.
- Rotate the dial further clockwise for higher mist volume, and counter-clockwise for lower mist volume.
- To turn off the humidifier, rotate the dial counter-clockwise until it clicks into the "OFF" position.

4. Adjusting Mist Direction (360° Rotatable Mist Outlet)
The top mist outlet can be rotated 360 degrees to direct the mist flow as desired.

5. Auto Shut-Off Feature
The humidifier is equipped with an auto shut-off function. When the water level in the tank is too low, the unit will automatically turn off to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- If the humidifier stops producing mist, check the water level.
- Refill the water tank as per the instructions above to resume operation.
Maintenance
Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene of your humidifier.
1. Daily Maintenance
- Unplug the humidifier.
- Empty any remaining water from the tank.
- Rinse the water tank and top cover with fresh water.
- Wipe all surfaces dry with a clean cloth.
2. Weekly Cleaning (or every 3-5 days)
The Deerma F301 features a 200mm wide top opening, making it easy to clean the interior thoroughly.
- Unplug the humidifier.
- Remove the top cover and mist guide tube.
- Pour out any remaining water.
- Fill the water tank with 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water. Let it soak for 30 minutes to an hour to loosen mineral buildup.
- Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the inside of the tank, paying attention to the ultrasonic transducer (the small disc at the bottom).
- Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
- Clean the top cover and mist guide tube with a soft cloth and rinse.
- Wipe all parts dry before reassembling.

3. Storage
- Before storing, ensure the humidifier is completely clean and dry.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
