• Power Switch: Slide to turn the unit ON or OFF.
• OLED Display: Shows current settings such as color temperature, brightness, battery life, and mode.

Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the Vidpro RGB-152.

1. Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the side of the light.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (5V 2.4A recommended) or a computer USB port.
3. The OLED display will indicate charging status. A full charge provides up to 2 hours of run time.

Mounting the Light

The RGB-152 can be mounted on a camera, camcorder, or tripod using the adjustable camera shoe-mount.

1. Attach the adjustable camera shoe-mount to the 1/4"-20 threaded hole on the bottom of the RGB-152.
2. Securely tighten the shoe-mount.
3. Slide the shoe-mount into your camera's hot shoe or a compatible cold shoe adapter on a rig or tripod.
4. Tighten the locking wheel on the shoe-mount to secure the light in place.

Operating the Light

Power On/Off

Slide the power switch located on the side of the unit to the "ON" position to power on the light. Slide it to "OFF" to power off.

Mode Selection

Press the MENU button to cycle through the main operating modes:

• CCT Mode: For white light with adjustable color temperature and brightness.
• RGB Mode: For full-color lighting with adjustable hue and saturation.
• Special Effects Mode: For pre-programmed lighting effects.

CCT Mode (Color Temperature)

In CCT Mode, you can adjust the white light output.

1. Select CCT Mode using the MENU button.
2. Press the CCT/HUE button to toggle between Color Temperature and Brightness adjustment.
3. Rotate the Navigation/OK Wheel to adjust the Color Temperature (3000K - 6500K) or Brightness (10% - 100%).
4. Press the Navigation/OK Wheel to confirm the setting or move to the next parameter.

RGB Mode (Full Color)

In RGB Mode, you can select from 360 colors and adjust their saturation.

1. Select RGB Mode using the MENU button.
2. Press the CCT/HUE button to toggle between HUE (color) and Saturation adjustment.
3. Rotate the Navigation/OK Wheel to adjust the HUE (0-359 degrees) or Saturation (1% - 100%).
4. Rotate the Navigation/OK Wheel to adjust the Brightness (10% - 100%).
5. Press the Navigation/OK Wheel to confirm the setting or move to the next parameter.

Special Effects Mode

The RGB-152 includes 37 pre-programmed special effects for creative lighting scenarios.

1. Select Special Effects Mode using the MENU button.
2. Rotate the Navigation/OK Wheel to browse through the available effects (e.g., Pulse, Strobe, Fade, Party, Disco, Fireplace, Police).
3. Press the Navigation/OK Wheel to select an effect.
4. Some effects may allow adjustment of speed or intensity using the Navigation/OK Wheel.

Smartphone App Control

The Vidpro RGB-152 can be operated remotely via a dedicated smartphone application.

1. Download the official Vidpro app from your device's app store.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your RGB-152 light.
4. Once connected, you can control all light functions, including mode selection, color temperature, brightness, hue, saturation, and special effects, directly from your smartphone.

Maintenance

• Keep the light clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Avoid exposing the light to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• The unit is not water resistant; avoid contact with water or other liquids.
• When not in use, store the light in its soft carry case to protect it from dust and scratches.
• For optimal battery life, charge the unit regularly, even if not in frequent use.
