Introduction

The PRO X Wireless Lightspeed Gaming Headset is engineered for the extreme performance you expect from PRO X—now with 2.4 GHz Lightspeed wireless. It features advanced Blue VO!CE microphone technology, next-gen 7.1 surround sound, and PRO-G 50 mm drivers for clear sound imaging and professional sound and voice communications. Setup

1. Charge the Headset: Before first use, fully charge the headset using the provided 1.8m USB A to USB C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headset's charging port and the USB-A end to a powered USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter. The LED indicator will show charging status.
2. Connect the USB LIGHTSPEED Wireless Adapter: Insert the USB LIGHTSPEED Wireless adapter into an available USB port on your PC or PlayStation console.
3. Power On the Headset: Slide the power switch on the headset to the ON position. The headset should automatically connect to the LIGHTSPEED adapter.
4. Attach the Microphone: Insert the detachable boom microphone into the 3.5mm port on the left earcup. Ensure it clicks securely into place. Adjust the microphone's position for optimal voice pickup.
5. Install G HUB Software (PC Only): For full customization of sound profiles, Blue VO!CE microphone settings, and DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround sound, download and install the Logitech G HUB software from the official Logitech G website.

Operating the Headset

Controls Overview

All primary controls are located on the left earcup:

• Power Switch: Slide to turn the headset ON or OFF.
• Volume Wheel: Rotate to adjust the audio volume. This is an infinite scroll wheel.
• Microphone Mute Button: Press to mute or unmute the microphone. A red indicator will show when the mic is muted.

Battery Life and Charging

The headset offers up to 20+ hours of battery life on a single charge. When the battery is low, the LED indicator will flash. To charge, connect the USB-C cable to the headset's port. The LED will indicate charging status.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For earpads, gently wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry completely before reattaching.
• Earpad Replacement: The headset comes with interchangeable leatherette and velour earpads. To replace, gently pull the existing earpad off the earcup. Align the new earpad with the earcup and press firmly around the edges until it snaps into place.
• Storage: When not in use, store the headset in its protective case to prevent dust accumulation and physical damage. Avoid exposing the headset to extreme temperatures or humidity.

Troubleshooting

No Audio/Connectivity Issues

• Ensure the headset is powered ON and fully charged.
• Verify the USB LIGHTSPEED Wireless adapter is securely plugged into a working USB port.
• Try plugging the adapter into a different USB port.
• On PC, ensure the Logitech G PRO X Wireless Headset is selected as the default audio output device in your sound settings.
• Restart your computer or console.

Microphone Not Working

• Ensure the microphone is securely attached to the headset.
• Check that the microphone mute button on the headset is not activated (red indicator should be off).
• On PC, verify the Logitech G PRO X Wireless Headset microphone is selected as the default input device in your sound settings and in your communication application (e.g., Discord, Zoom).
• Check microphone levels in your system and application settings.
