Troubleshooting
- Machine not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the machine and a working electrical outlet.
- Orange indicator lights are on: These lights indicate that a maintenance action is required. Check the display for specific instructions, which may include descaling, emptying the coffee grounds container, or refilling the water tank.
- Coffee is not brewing: Verify that the water tank is filled and correctly inserted, and that there are sufficient coffee beans in the hopper. Check if the brewing unit is properly installed.
- Coffee is too weak or too strong: Adjust the grind fineness setting on the conical burr grinder. A finer grind typically results in stronger coffee, while a coarser grind yields weaker coffee. You can also customize the coffee quantity via the memory function.
- No steam from the steam wand: Ensure the machine has reached the correct temperature for steaming. Clean the steam wand nozzle if it appears blocked.
