- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
- Ensure the power cord is undamaged and positioned to avoid tripping hazards.
- Always disconnect the power plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the tool.
Advanced Safety Features
- The saw is equipped with a transparent blade guard that moves with the saw blade angle, providing protection during operation.
- A push stick is included to safely guide small workpieces through the blade, keeping hands away from the cutting area.

3. Setup
3.1 Assembling the Stand
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list (refer to your packaging for the complete list).
- Attach the four legs to the main saw unit using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install any cross-braces or support bars between the legs as indicated in the assembly diagram to ensure maximum stability.
- Place the assembled saw on a firm, level surface.
3.2 Blade Installation/Check
The saw comes equipped with a 210mm 40T saw blade. Ensure it is correctly installed and secured before first use.
- Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
- Lift the blade guard and check that the blade is seated correctly on the arbor and the arbor nut is tightened.
- Verify the blade teeth are oriented to cut upwards towards the front of the saw table.
3.3 Connecting Dust Extraction
The saw features an efficient dust control system. An included suction hose can be connected to an industrial vacuum cleaner (not included) for sawdust extraction.
- Locate the dust extraction port on the saw unit.
- Connect the provided suction hose to the dust extraction port.
- Connect the other end of the hose to a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner.
- Ensure all connections are tight to maximize dust collection efficiency.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting Blade Angle and Depth
The saw allows for continuous adjustment of the blade angle from 0 to 45 degrees and adjustment of cutting depth.
- To adjust the blade angle, loosen the locking knob located on the front of the saw. Tilt the blade to the desired angle using the angle scale, then tighten the knob securely.
- To adjust the cutting depth, use the handwheel on the side of the saw. Rotate it to raise or lower the blade to the required height. The blade should extend slightly above the workpiece.
4.2 Using the Parallel Guide
The aluminum parallel guide with a quick-release mechanism ensures precise and safe straight cuts.
- Position the parallel guide to the desired width of cut.
- Engage the quick-release lever to lock the guide firmly in place.
- Always ensure the guide is parallel to the saw blade before making a cut.
4.3 Making Cuts
The VONROC TS500AC supports various cut types, including straight, miter, and bevel cuts.
- Preparation: Ensure the workpiece is free of nails or other foreign objects. Set the blade angle and depth as required.
- Positioning: Place the workpiece firmly against the parallel guide and the saw table. For cross-cuts, use a miter gauge (if included or purchased separately).
- Starting the Saw: Turn on the saw using the power switch. Allow the blade to reach full speed before beginning the cut.
- Cutting: Feed the workpiece slowly and steadily into the blade. Use the push stick for smaller pieces or when your hands are close to the blade. Maintain firm contact with the guide and table throughout the cut.
- Finishing the Cut: Once the cut is complete, turn off the saw and wait for the blade to stop completely before removing the workpiece or making any adjustments.
