Setup
1. Prepare the Charging Station
Place the charging station against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (1 meter) of clear space to the front and 1.5 feet (0.5 meters) to each side of the charging station. Connect the adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet. The indicator light on the charging station will illuminate.
2. Install Side Brushes
Attach the side brushes to the square posts at the bottom of the RoboVac by pressing them down until they click into place.
3. Charge the RoboVac
Place the RoboVac onto the charging station, ensuring the charging pins align. The indicator light on the RoboVac will pulse blue during charging and turn solid blue when fully charged. For first-time use, fully charge the RoboVac for at least 5-6 hours.
Operating Instructions
Pre-Cleaning Preparation
Before starting a cleaning session, remove any wires, toys, or small obstacles from the floor that could entangle the RoboVac. The 11S MAX uses Bounce technology, which means it changes direction upon encountering obstacles and moves in a back-and-forth pattern. To maximize its cleaning efficiency, ensure clear paths.
Starting a Cleaning Cycle
Press the power button on the RoboVac or the remote control to start a cleaning cycle. The RoboVac will automatically select a cleaning mode based on the environment.
Cleaning Modes
The RoboVac 11S MAX offers several cleaning modes, controlled via the included remote:
- Auto Mode: The RoboVac cleans automatically until the battery is low, then returns to the charging station.
- Spot Clean: The RoboVac intensively cleans a specific area in a spiral pattern.
- Edge Clean: The RoboVac cleans along walls and furniture edges.
- Quick Clean: A shorter, more focused cleaning cycle.
The RoboVac 11S MAX does not support Wi-Fi or app connectivity; all operations are performed using the remote control and the buttons on the device.
BoostIQ Technology
This technology automatically increases suction power within 1.5 seconds when extra vacuuming strength is needed, such as when transitioning from hard floors to carpets.

Emptying the Dust Collector
It is recommended to empty the dust collector after each use, especially if you have pets. Press the release button on the back of the RoboVac to remove the dust collector, then open it and discard the debris.
Cleaning the Filter
The RoboVac 11S MAX uses a washable filter. Tap the filter to remove loose dirt, then rinse it under running water. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the dust collector. Do not use a brush or any other object to clean the filter, as this may damage it.
Cleaning the Rolling Brush and Side Brushes
Periodically remove hair and debris from the rolling brush and side brushes using the cleaning tool provided. This prevents tangles and maintains cleaning efficiency.
Cleaning Sensors and Charging Pins
Wipe the drop sensors, infrared sensors, and charging pins on both the RoboVac and the charging station with a dry cloth to ensure proper function.
