5. Installation Instructions

- Prepare the Sink/Countertop: Ensure the mounting hole on your sink or countertop is clean and free of debris. The tap requires a single hole installation.
- Attach Water Hoses: Screw the two 40 cm G3/8 inch hose pipes into the base of the tap. Hand-tighten first, then use a wrench for a snug fit. Do not overtighten.
- Insert Tap into Hole: Place the tap into the mounting hole from above the sink. Ensure the base gasket is properly seated between the tap and the sink surface.
- Secure the Tap: From underneath the sink, slide the rubber washer, metal washer, and then the fixing nut onto the threaded rods extending from the tap base. Tighten the fixing nut securely using the provided installation tool or an adjustable wrench. Ensure the tap is straight and stable.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect the hot and cold water supply lines to the corresponding hose pipes. The hot water line is typically on the left, and the cold water line on the right. Use sealant tape on the threads if desired for an extra seal.
- Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for leaks. If any leaks are detected, tighten the connections carefully until the leak stops.

6. Operating Instructions
The Ibergrif M14453-Bari features a single medical-style handle for controlling both water flow and temperature.
- Water Flow: Lift the handle upwards to increase water flow. Push it downwards to decrease flow and turn off the water.
- Temperature Control: Move the handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water. Adjust the handle position between left and right to achieve the desired water temperature.
