6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your monitor mount.
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Tightness Check: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Retighten if necessary.
- Gas Spring Adjustment: If monitors sag or do not hold their position, adjust the gas spring tension using the provided Allen wrench. Turn clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors, counter-clockwise for lighter monitors.

7. Troubleshooting
- Monitor Sags/Doesn't Stay Up: The gas spring tension is too low for the monitor's weight. Increase tension by turning the adjustment screw clockwise.
- Monitor is Difficult to Move Up/Down: The gas spring tension is too high. Decrease tension by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise.
- Monitor Wobbles: Ensure all mounting screws (desk clamp/grommet and VESA plate) are securely tightened. Check if the desk surface is stable.
- USB/Audio Ports Not Working: Ensure the integrated USB and audio cables from the mount's base are properly connected to your computer's corresponding ports.
