Operating Instructions

This deep fryer is designed for fast heating and versatile cooking, perfect for various fried foods.

  1. Prepare Food: Ensure food items are dry before frying. Excess moisture can cause oil to splatter. For best results, pat food dry with paper towels.
  2. Set Temperature: Turn the temperature dial on the control panel to your desired frying temperature (265°F-375°F / 130°C-190°C). The Power indicator light will be on, and the Ready indicator light will illuminate once the oil reaches the set temperature.
  3. Preheat Oil: Allow the oil to preheat until the Ready indicator light turns on. This typically takes several minutes depending on the oil volume and desired temperature.
  4. Load Basket: Carefully place food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower oil temperature and result in soggy food. Fry in small batches if necessary.
  5. Lower Basket: Slowly and carefully lower the frying basket into the hot oil. Use the handle to avoid direct contact with hot oil.
  6. Fry Food: Close the lid. Monitor the cooking progress through the viewing window.

  8. Serve: Transfer fried food to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
  9. Turn Off: When finished frying, turn the temperature dial to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. Allow the oil and appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
