4. Setup
4.1 Connecting the Inverter to a Battery
- Ensure the inverter's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Connect the red battery cable to the positive (+) terminal of the 12V DC battery and the positive (+) terminal on the inverter.
- Connect the black battery cable to the negative (-) terminal of the 12V DC battery and the negative (-) terminal on the inverter.
- Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent arcing or overheating.
4.2 Installing Remote Control Battery
The wireless remote control requires one 23A 12V battery (not included). Open the battery compartment on the remote and insert the battery, observing correct polarity.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- After connecting the inverter to the battery, switch the inverter's power button to the ON position. The green 'POWER' indicator light should illuminate, and the LED display will show battery voltage and AC output voltage.
- To power off, switch the inverter's power button to the OFF position.
5.2 Connecting Devices
Plug your AC-powered devices into the two AC outlets on the front of the inverter. Ensure the total power consumption of connected devices does not exceed 2000W.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Connections: Periodically check battery cable connections to ensure they are tight and free from corrosion.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the inverter in a cool, dry place, disconnected from the battery.
7. Troubleshooting
The inverter is equipped with various protection mechanisms. If the inverter stops working or the 'FAULT' indicator light illuminates, refer to the following:
| Problem/Indicator | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power output, 'FAULT' light on | Overload, Short Circuit, Overheat | Reduce load, check for short circuits, allow inverter to cool down. |
| Low voltage alarm/shutdown | Battery voltage too low | Recharge or replace the 12V DC battery. |
| High voltage shutdown | Battery voltage too high | Check battery charging system; ensure battery voltage is within 12V DC range. |
| No power, no indicators | Loose battery connection, blown fuse | Check battery cable connections. Consult a technician for fuse replacement. |
| Remote control not working | No battery or dead battery in remote | Install or replace with a new 23A 12V battery. |
