Product Overview

The DASH Tasti-Crisp™ Electric Air Fryer Oven is designed to cook healthier, crispy food using AirCrisp® technology, which circulates hot air instead of oil. This compact appliance is ideal for small kitchens, dorm rooms, or apartments, offering a 2.6-quart capacity. It features an auto-shut off function for safety and a cool-touch handle for ease of use. Important Safeguards

Setup

Before first use, follow these steps:

1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
2. Clean the Crisper Basket and Crisper Tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
4. Place the Air Fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation.
5. Ensure the Crisper Basket is properly inserted into the Air Fryer.

Operating Instructions

Using your DASH Tasti-Crisp™ Air Fryer is simple:

1. Prepare Food: Place your desired food into the Crisper Basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
2. Set Temperature: Use the Temperature Control Dial on the top of the unit to select your desired cooking temperature (up to 400°F).
3. Set Time: Turn the Timer Dial on the front of the unit to set the cooking time. The Air Fryer will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero.
4. Cooking Process: The Air Fryer will begin heating. For best results, shake the basket halfway through cooking for items like fries or nuggets to ensure even crisping.
5. Remove Food: Once cooking is complete and the timer rings, carefully pull out the Crisper Basket using the cool-touch handle.
6. Serve: Empty the cooked food onto a plate. Be cautious of hot steam.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Air Fryer:

• Before Cleaning: Always unplug the Air Fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Crisper Basket & Tray: The Crisper Basket and Crisper Tray are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Appliance Body: Wipe the exterior of the Air Fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
• Interior: Clean the interior with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. For stubborn residue, a small amount of baking soda paste can be used.
• Storage: Ensure all parts are dry before storing. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
