  4. Align the triangular arrow on the CPU carrier with the corresponding arrow on the motherboard socket.
  5. Gently lower the CPU carrier into the socket. Do not force it.
  6. Close the retention frame and secure it by tightening the three Torx screws using the supplied torque wrench. Tighten them in the reverse order of removal (3-2-1) until the wrench clicks, indicating proper torque.
  7. Apply a thin, even layer of thermal paste to the CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS).
  8. Install your chosen CPU cooler according to its manufacturer's instructions.

Caution: Overtightening or undertightening the retention screws can damage the CPU or socket. Always use the provided torque wrench.
