3.1. Components

Once the battery connections are secure, plug the charger's power cable into a suitable 230V AC mains outlet.

5.1. Automatic Charging (Pulse Tronic)

The charger automatically detects the connected battery type and voltage (12V/24V) and initiates the appropriate Pulse Tronic charging program. The LCD display will show the selected battery type and the current charging stage (1-8).

• Stage 1 (CHECK): Initial battery analysis.
• Stage 2 (DESULFATION): Recovers sulfated batteries (RECOVERY function).
• Stage 3 (ANALYSE): Further battery condition assessment.
• Stage 4 (MAIN CHARGE): Bulk charging phase.
• Stage 5 (FINE CHARGE): Absorption charging phase.
• Stage 6 (VERIFY): Checks charge level.
• Stage 7 (FLOAT): Maintains full charge.
• Stage 8 (PULSE): Long-term maintenance charging.

5.2. Special Functions

Press the control button to cycle through available special functions:

• BOOST Function: For rapid charging. Select this mode for a quicker charge cycle.
• COLD Function: Optimizes charging for low-temperature environments. This ensures efficient charging even in cold conditions.
• RECOVERY Function: Specifically designed to restore sulfated batteries. The charger applies a pulsed current to break down sulfate crystals.
• TEST Function: Performs diagnostic tests on the vehicle's battery, starting system, and alternator. The display will show the test results.
• SUPPLY Function: Provides a stable power supply to the vehicle's electrical system during battery replacement. This prevents loss of vehicle memory settings (e.g., radio presets, ECU data).

To select a function, press the button until the desired function is highlighted on the LCD display, then release the button. The charger will automatically begin the selected operation.
