Setup Instructions

1. DVR Connection

Connect the DVR to a power source, a monitor (via HDMI or VGA), and a network router (for remote access). Use the included USB mouse for navigation.

  • Connect the DVR to a monitor using an HDMI or VGA cable.
  • Connect the DVR to your network router using an Ethernet cable for internet access and remote viewing.
  • Plug the USB mouse into one of the DVR's USB ports.
  • Connect the power adapter to the DVR and plug it into an electrical outlet.

2. Camera Connection

Connect each camera to the DVR using the provided BNC cables and power them using the power adapters and splitters.

  • Mount the cameras in desired indoor or outdoor locations. The cameras are IP66 rated for weather resistance.
  • Connect the BNC end of each video/power cable to the corresponding video input port on the DVR.
  • Connect the power end of each video/power cable to the power splitter, then connect the splitter to a power adapter.
  • Ensure all connections are secure.

Operating Instructions

1. Live View

Once the system is powered on and connected, you can view live feeds from all cameras on your connected monitor. Use the USB mouse to navigate the DVR interface.

2. Recording Modes

The DVR supports several recording options:

  • Continuous Recording: Records 24/7 without interruption.
  • Motion Detection Recording: Records only when motion is detected, saving storage space.
  • Scheduled Recording: Records during specific times set by the user.
  • Manual Recording: Initiated manually by the user.

3. Motion Detection & Alerts

Configure motion detection zones and sensitivity to receive alerts when activity is detected. Alerts can be sent to your smartphone via the free app.

4. Remote Access

Access your security system remotely from your smartphone, tablet, or computer using the dedicated Anlapus application. This allows you to view live feeds, playback recordings, and receive alerts from anywhere with an internet connection.

5. Playback

Review recorded footage stored on the 2TB hard drive. The system allows for easy search and playback of events based on time or motion detection.

6. Night Vision

The cameras are equipped with 24 IR LEDs and an IR-CUT filter, providing clear night vision up to 20 meters (65 feet) in low-light conditions.

7. H.265+ Video Compression

The system utilizes H.265+ video compression technology, which significantly reduces file sizes and allows for up to 4 times longer recording times compared to H.264, while maintaining video quality.

Maintenance

  • Regular Cleaning: Periodically clean camera lenses with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear image quality.
