1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Kuvings EVO-800 Whole Slow Juicer. This appliance is designed to extract maximum nutrients from fruits and vegetables using a slow-press method. Its wide feeding chute minimizes preparation time, and the patented long screw efficiently processes various ingredients, including leafy greens. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe and efficient operation and to understand all features of your new juicer.
2. Safety Precautions
- Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
- Do not insert fingers or any utensils into the feeding chute or pulp outlet during operation. Use the provided pusher only.
- Ensure all parts are correctly and securely assembled before turning on the appliance.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
- Do not operate the juicer continuously for more than 30 minutes. Allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before resuming operation to prevent motor overheating.
- Do not immerse the main body (motor base) in water or any other liquid.
- Do not process ingredients with hard seeds or pits (e.g., peach, avocado, mango) without removing them first, as this can damage the screw and other components.

5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Due to the 8.2cm wide feeding chute, most ingredients do not require extensive pre-cutting. Remove any hard seeds, pits, or thick peels (e.g., pineapple skin, citrus peels).
- Start Juicer: Ensure the smart cap is closed. Press the 'ON' button to start the motor.
- Feed Ingredients: Slowly feed ingredients into the wide feeding chute. For longer or larger items, use the pusher to gently guide them down. Do not force ingredients.
- Collect Juice and Pulp: The juice will flow into the juice cup, and the pulp will be expelled into the pulp container. Open the smart cap to release the juice.
- Continuous Juicing: For continuous juicing, keep the smart cap open. For mixed juices, close the smart cap to allow ingredients to mix inside the drum before dispensing.
- Finish Juicing: Once all ingredients are processed, allow the juicer to run for a few more seconds to extract any remaining juice. Press the 'OFF' button to stop the motor.

- Main Body: Wipe the main body with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water.
