• WARNING: Never leave child unattended.
• WARNING: This product is intended for infants from 0 to 9 months, weighing between 6-20 lbs (3-9 kg). Discontinue use when child can sit up unaided or attempts to climb out.
• WARNING: Always use the restraint system. Ensure the 5-point harness is securely fastened and properly adjusted to fit snugly around your child.
• WARNING: Do not use this product if it is damaged or broken.
• WARNING: Do not move or lift the product with the child in it.
• WARNING: Suffocation Hazard: Never use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as infant can tip over and suffocate.
• WARNING: Entanglement Hazard: Keep all cords, strings, and toys out of reach of the child.
• WARNING: Always place the product on a flat, level floor.

Setup

Follow these steps to properly set up your Ingenuity ConvertMe Swing-2-Seat.

1. Assembly

The swing is designed for straightforward assembly. Ensure all components are present and undamaged before beginning. Refer to the included user manual PDF for detailed diagrams and step-by-step instructions.

2. Battery Installation & Power Options

The swing can be powered by batteries or the included USB cord.

• Swing and Sounds: Requires 4 D batteries or the included USB cord. Note: A USB wall adapter is not included and must be provided by the user.
• Vibration Unit: Requires 1 C battery. This battery powers the vibration function only.

3. Harness Adjustment

The 5-point harness system can be adjusted to three different heights to accommodate your growing baby, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.

4. Toy Bar Attachment

Attach the leaf-shaped toy bar with the included plush elephant toy. The toy bar pivots out of the way for easy access to your baby.

Operating Instructions

Learn how to use the various features of your ConvertMe Swing-2-Seat.

1. Swing Function

The swing offers 5 different swing settings, from gentle to more vigorous. To activate the swing, press the power button on the control panel and give the seat a gentle push to initiate the magnetic swinging mechanism. The swing will then continue on its own.

The control panel allows you to adjust swing speed, sounds, and timer settings.

The swing provides a soothing back and forth motion for your baby.

2. Melodies and Nature Sounds

Choose from 12 melodies and 4 nature sounds to soothe your baby. Use the music and volume buttons on the control panel to select and adjust the audio.

3. Timer Settings

The swing features a timer function with three different options, allowing you to set the duration of the swinging motion.

4. Vibration Function

Activate the soothing vibration function by pressing the dedicated button on the base. This feature is powered by a separate C battery.

5. Converting to Stationary Seat

Quickly and easily convert the swing into a stationary infant seat using the secure EasyLock system. This allows for versatility in use, providing a safe space for your baby to sit when not swinging.

The swing can be folded flat for easy storage and portability.

Cleaning Instructions

• Seat Pad: Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat.
• Headrest: The headrest is removable for cleaning and can be removed when your baby outgrows it. Follow the same washing instructions as the seat pad.
• Frame: Wipe the metal and plastic parts of the frame with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap.

The soft headrest is easily removable for cleaning or when no longer needed.

The seat pad and headrest are machine washable for easy cleaning.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your ConvertMe Swing-2-Seat, refer to the common solutions below.

• Swing not starting automatically: The magnetic mechanism requires a gentle push to initiate the swinging motion after pressing the power button.
• Swing stops unexpectedly: Ensure the timer function is not activated. If it continues to stop, check battery levels or the USB power connection.
• Unusual noises (e.g., magnet scraping): Check for any obstructions around the magnetic mechanism at the base of the swing. Ensure the product is on a flat, level surface.
• No vibration: Confirm that the 1 C battery for the vibration unit is correctly installed and has sufficient charge.
• No sound/swing motion: Check the 4 D batteries or the USB power connection. Ensure the USB wall adapter (not included) is functioning correctly.
