Setup
The OPTP PRO-Point tool can be used with or without its detachable suction cup base.
- Using without Suction Base: Simply place the PRO-Point tool on a stable surface such as the floor, or hold it in your hand.
- Attaching the Suction Base: Align the PRO-Point tool with the suction base and press firmly until it clicks into place.
- Using with Suction Base: Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and non-porous. Press the suction cup firmly onto the desired surface (e.g., a smooth wall, door, or chair back) to create a secure seal. The tool can then be tilted to achieve the desired angle for massage.
Note: The suction base is not suitable for painted walls, glass, or fragile surfaces.
Operating Instructions
The PRO-Point tool can be used to massage various areas of the body. Always start with light pressure and gradually increase as tolerated. Focus on areas of tension or trigger points.
- Choose a suitable surface such as a wall, floor, or use it by hand.
- Position the PRO-Point tool on the desired muscle area.
- Apply light to deep pressure to the soft tissue. You can use your body weight or hand pressure to control intensity.
- Move slowly over the muscle, pausing on tender spots for 20-30 seconds, or until tension releases.
Specific Applications:
Foot Massage
Place the PRO-Point tool on the floor. Sit in a chair and place the arch or ball of your foot on the tool. Roll your foot slowly over the tool, applying pressure as desired to release tension in the plantar fascia and foot muscles.
