Please read all instructions carefully before using this humidifier. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Do not block air vents.
- Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids.
- Unplug the humidifier when not in use or before cleaning.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Use only clean, cool tap water. Do not use hot water.
- Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank; use the designated essential oil tray.
2. Product Overview
The AILINKE 2.1Gal/8L Ultrasonic Top Fill Humidifier is designed to efficiently humidify large rooms up to 500 sq ft, providing continuous operation for up to 48 hours on a single refill. It features customizable humidity levels, multiple mist settings, and a quiet operation suitable for various environments.

3. Setup and Initial Use
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present:
- Cool Mist Humidifier x 1
- Remote Control x 1
- User Manual x 1
3.2 Placement
Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and furniture. Ensure the mist outlet is not directed at walls or furniture to prevent moisture damage.
3.3 Filling the Water Tank
The AILINKE humidifier features a convenient top-fill design:
- Open the top cover of the humidifier.
- Pour clean, cool tap water directly into the water tank. Do not exceed the "MAX LEVEL" indicator.
- Close the top cover securely.

3.4 Essential Oil Tray
To use the aroma diffuser function:
- Locate the essential oil tray on the side of the humidifier.
- Add 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil onto the aroma pad in the tray.
- Close the tray. The aroma will diffuse with the mist.
Note: Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank, as this may damage the unit.

4. Operating Instructions
The humidifier can be controlled via touch buttons on the unit or the included remote control.

4.1 Power On/Off
Press the Power button on the control panel or remote to turn the unit on or off.
4.2 Mist Level Adjustment
The humidifier offers 3 mist settings: Low, Medium, and High. Press the Max-Min button to cycle through the mist levels.

4.3 Constant Humidity Mode (Humidistat)
To set a desired humidity level:
- Press the Constant Humidity button.
- Use the Max-Min button to adjust the target humidity from 40% to 90%.
- The humidifier will automatically turn on/off to maintain the set humidity level.
4.4 Sleep Mode
Activate Sleep Mode for quiet operation and a dimmed display, ideal for nighttime use.
- Press the Sleep button on the control panel or remote.
- The display will turn off, and the unit will operate at a noise level of less than 35dB.

4.5 Timer Function
Set the humidifier to operate for a specific duration:
- Press the Timer button.
- Adjust the timer setting from 1 to 12 hours. The unit will automatically shut off after the set time.

4.6 Automatic Shut-Off
The humidifier is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature for safety and convenience:
- The unit will automatically turn off when the desired humidity level is reached in Constant Humidity mode.
- The unit will automatically turn off when the water tank is empty (low water indicator).

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning is essential to prevent mineral buildup and ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
5.1 Daily Maintenance
- Empty and rinse the water tank daily.
- Wipe down the mist outlet and exterior surfaces with a clean, damp cloth.
5.2 Weekly Cleaning
- Unplug the humidifier and empty any remaining water.
- Separate the top part from the base.
- Fill the water tank with 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water. Let it soak for 30 minutes to an hour to loosen mineral buildup.
- Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the inside of the tank and the ultrasonic transducer (the small disc at the bottom).
- Rinse all components thoroughly with clean water until the smell of vinegar is gone.
- Wipe dry and reassemble.
Note: A top review mentions that the wide opening of the tank makes it easy to clean, allowing a hand to reach inside.

6. Troubleshooting
