Setup Instructions
The Ingenuity Cozy Spot Activity Gym is designed for quick and easy setup. Follow these steps to prepare the play gym for use:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present: the duvet mat, the SlimFold wooden toy bar, the tummy time pillow, and the five detachable toys (silicone apple toy, plush bear, wooden ring toy, mirror, and bead rattle).
- Unfold the Mat: Lay the ultra-plush duvet mat flat on a clean, safe surface. The mat is reversible, allowing you to choose between two neutral prints.
- Assemble the Toy Bar: The SlimFold wooden toy bar is designed to easily unfold. Gently extend the wooden arches until they form a stable arch over the mat. Ensure the connections are secure.
- Attach Toys: Connect the five detachable toys to the designated loops or holes on the wooden toy bar. These toys are designed to engage your baby during play.
- Position Tummy Time Pillow: Place the included tummy time pillow on the mat as needed to support your baby during tummy time sessions.

Operating Instructions
The Ingenuity Cozy Spot Activity Gym offers multiple ways for your baby to play and develop:
- Lay and Play: For newborns and young infants, position your baby on their back under the toy bar. The hanging toys encourage reaching, batting, and visual tracking, promoting early motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Tummy Time: Place your baby on their stomach on the plush mat, using the tummy time pillow for support if desired. This position helps strengthen neck and upper body muscles. The mat's soft texture and engaging toys provide stimulation during tummy time.
- Seated Play: As your baby grows and can sit unassisted, they can continue to interact with the detachable toys while seated on the mat. The toys can be removed from the bar for closer exploration and play.

Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance will extend the life of your Ingenuity Cozy Spot Activity Gym:
- Duvet Mat and Removable Cover: Before washing, remove the toy bar, all detachable toys, and the plush toy. Machine wash the duvet mat and its removable cover with cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Air dry thoroughly.
- Toy Bar Assembly and Toys: Wipe clean the wooden toy bar and all detachable toys with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry completely. Do not immerse the toy bar or toys in water.

Troubleshooting

- Stability Issues: Ensure the wooden toy bar is fully extended and securely locked into place. Check that the mat is laid flat on an even surface.
- Toys Not Engaging: Verify that the detachable toys are securely attached to the toy bar. Try repositioning them or rotating them to offer new perspectives to your baby. Ensure the mirror is clean and free of smudges.
- Difficulty Folding/Storing: Make sure all toys are detached from the toy bar. Ensure the toy bar is properly collapsed using the SlimFold mechanism. The mat has built-in handles to assist with folding and carrying.
- Cleaning Concerns: Always follow the care instructions provided in the Maintenance section. For stubborn stains, pre-treat with a mild, baby-safe stain remover before machine washing the mat.
