Operating Instructions
Packing Your Luggage
Open the main compartment. Utilize the interior tie-down straps with Smart Fix Buckles to secure your belongings and prevent shifting during transit. The buckles can be tucked away into designated slots when not in use for easier packing. Use the various interior and exterior pockets for organizing smaller items, toiletries, or documents.
Expanding Capacity
For additional packing space, locate the expansion zipper running along the perimeter of the main compartment. Unzip this zipper to increase the depth of the suitcase, providing extra room for your items.
Securing Your Belongings
Ensure all zippers are fully closed before travel. The luggage includes a Privacy ID tag for your contact information. While this softside model does not feature an integrated TSA lock for the main compartment, external locks can be used on the zipper pulls for added security.

Maintenance & Care
Cleaning Instructions
- For general cleaning, wipe the exterior fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric and water-resistant coating.
- For stubborn stains, a soft brush can be used gently.
- Allow the luggage to air dry completely before storing.
Storage
Store your luggage in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure it is clean and dry before storage to prevent mold or mildew. The 2-piece set is designed to nest within each other for compact storage.
Troubleshooting
Stiff Wheels
If wheels become stiff or difficult to roll, check for any debris (hair, lint, etc.) caught in the wheel mechanisms. Clean as necessary. A small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the wheel axles if needed, avoiding contact with the wheel surface.
Zipper Issues
If a zipper becomes stuck, avoid forcing it. Gently pull the fabric taut around the zipper and try to move the slider back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth. A pencil lead can sometimes be used to lubricate the teeth.
Handle Not Extending/Retracting Smoothly
Check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism. Ensure the release button is fully depressed when extending or retracting. Avoid applying excessive force.
