Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and case are clean and dry.
2. Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
3. Water Resistance (IPX7)
The earbuds are rated IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. They are resistant to sweat and rain, making them suitable for workouts. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion. Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds and the charging case are sufficiently charged. Place earbuds back in the case, close it, then open it again to re-initiate pairing mode. On your device, forget the previous Bluetooth connection and try pairing again.
- No sound from one or both earbuds: Check the volume level on your connected device. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Re-pair the earbuds with your device.
- Charging issues: Verify that the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the charging case and the power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean.
- Intermittent connection: Ensure your device is within the effective Bluetooth range (up to 33-66 feet). Avoid physical obstructions between your device and the earbuds.
