Setup and Assembly

  1. Placement: Place the mixer on a dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet are securely gripping the countertop.
  2. Tilt the Head: Press the tilt-head release button (usually located on the side or back of the mixer head) and lift the mixer head until it locks into the tilted position.
  3. Attach the Bowl: Place the 4.7QT stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves, and twist clockwise until it locks securely in place.
  4. Insert Attachment: Select the desired attachment (dough hook, wire whip, or flat beater). Push the attachment upwards onto the output shaft and turn it counter-clockwise until it locks into the pin.
  5. Lower the Head: Press the tilt-head release button again and gently lower the mixer head until it locks into the operating position.
  6. Attach Splash Guard (Optional): If using, slide the splash guard onto the mixer head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.
