Operating Instructions

Preparing Ingredients:

For best results, prepare your ice cream mixture according to your recipe. Ensure the mixture is chilled (preferably 4°C / 39°F or below) before adding it to the machine. The machine can produce up to 1.5 liters of ice cream or 1.8 liters of yogurt per batch.

  1. Add Mixture: Pour the chilled ice cream mixture into the removable ice cream bucket. Do not fill above the MAX line to allow for expansion during freezing.
  2. Select Program: Use the touchscreen to select your desired program (e.g., Ice Cream, Sorbet, Yogurt). The integrated timer will display the default churning time.
  3. Adjust Time (Optional): If desired, adjust the churning time using the '+' and '-' buttons on the touchscreen.
  4. Start Churning: Press the START/STOP button to begin the churning process. The machine's built-in compressor will automatically cool the mixture while the mixing arm churns.
  5. Automatic Cooling Function: After the churning cycle is complete, the machine will automatically activate a cooling function to keep your dessert chilled for a period, preventing it from melting too quickly.
  6. Serving: Once the desired consistency is reached, turn off the machine and unplug it. Use the provided spatula to scoop out the ice cream.
