Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

  1. Connect the micro USB end of the charging cable to the charging port on the headphone earcup.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when charging is complete.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

Pair your headphones with your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.).

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Slide the power switch to the "ON" position. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode, and the LED indicator will flash blue rapidly.
  3. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  4. Select "TUINYO WH-816" (or similar name) from the list of available devices.
  5. Once successfully paired, the LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid blue. You will hear an audible confirmation.
  6. If pairing fails, power off the headphones and repeat the steps.

4. Wired Mode Connection

You can use the headphones in wired mode even if the battery is depleted.

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio input jack on the headphone earcup.
  2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio output jack of your device (e.g., phone, computer, MP3 player).
  3. The headphones will automatically switch to wired mode. Bluetooth functionality will be disabled.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Headphones do not power on.Ensure the headphones are charged. Connect to a power source using the micro USB cable.
Cannot pair with Bluetooth device.
  • Ensure headphones are in pairing mode (flashing blue LED).
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Move headphones closer to your device (within 10 meters).
  • Forget/remove "TUINYO WH-816" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Restart both the headphones and your device.
No sound or low volume.
  • Increase volume on both the headphones and your connected device.
  • Ensure headphones are properly paired or the 3.5mm audio cable is fully inserted.
  • Check if the audio source is playing.
Sound distortion or intermittent connection.
  • Move closer to your Bluetooth device.
  • Avoid obstacles between headphones and device.
  • Reduce interference from other wireless devices.
  • Ensure headphones are fully charged.
