Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your air cooler. Always unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning.

1. Cleaning the Exterior

Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the plastic finish.

2. Cleaning the Water Tank

To prevent mold and mildew growth, clean the water tank regularly, especially if the unit is not used daily.

  1. Remove the water tank from the unit.
  2. Empty any remaining water.
  3. Clean the inside of the tank with a mild detergent and a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  4. Allow the tank to air dry completely before reinserting it or refilling.

3. Cleaning the Air Filter

The air filter, located at the rear of the unit, should be cleaned periodically to maintain airflow and efficiency.

  1. Gently remove the air filter from its housing at the back of the unit.
  2. Rinse the filter under running water to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush.
  3. Allow the filter to dry completely before reinserting it. Do not operate the unit without the filter.
