4. Initial Setup
4.1 Charging the Earphones and Case
Before first use, fully charge both the earphones and the charging case.
- Place the earphones into the charging case, ensuring they are correctly seated.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator lights on the charging case will illuminate to show charging status. Once fully charged, the lights may change color or turn off.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 1-2 hours for the earphones and 2-3 hours for the case.
4.2 Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
Follow these steps to pair your REMAX TWS-7 earphones with your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Ensure the earphones are charged and placed inside the charging case.
- Open the charging case lid. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode, and their indicator lights will flash.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices. You should see "REMAX TWS-7" or a similar name appear in the list.
- Select "REMAX TWS-7" to connect. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm the successful pairing, and the earphone indicator lights will turn off or flash slowly.
- If pairing fails, turn off Bluetooth on your device, close the charging case, wait a few seconds, then repeat the steps.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case lid, or take the earphones out of the case. They will automatically power on.
- Power Off: Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.
5.2 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Tap either earphone once.
- Next Track: Double-tap the right earphone.
- Previous Track: Double-tap the left earphone.
- Volume Control: (If supported by model) Triple-tap the right earphone to increase volume, triple-tap the left earphone to decrease volume. Note: Some models may require volume adjustment directly from the connected device.
5.3 Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Tap either earphone once during an incoming call or during an active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earphone for 2 seconds during an incoming call.

- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earphone for 3 seconds (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).
