Introduction

Welcome to the magical world of Trefl Forest Spirit / Disney Frozen 2 board game! This game invites 2 to 5 players, aged 5 and up, on an exciting adventure through the enchanted forest and icy wilderness. The objective is to collect ice crystals and be the first to reach the ice castle. Prepare for a journey filled with challenges and special tokens that can change the course of the game.

Components

Setup

1. Unfold the Game Board: Place the spatial game board in the center of the playing area.
2. Assemble Pawns: Insert each of the 5 character pawns into their respective stands.
3. Choose Characters: Each player selects a character pawn and places it on the designated starting space on the board.
4. Distribute Crystals: Place the 21 ice crystals in a pile near the game board, accessible to all players.
5. Place Special Tokens: Shuffle the 12 special tokens and place them face down on the designated spaces on the board.
6. Prepare the Die: Keep the die ready for rolling.

Operating (Gameplay)

The game is played in turns. The youngest player typically starts first, and play proceeds clockwise.

1. Roll the Die: On your turn, roll the die.
2. Move Your Pawn: Move your character pawn the number of spaces indicated on the die along the game path.
3. Land on a Space:
   • If you land on a regular space, your turn ends.
   • If you land on a space with a special token, flip the token over and follow its instructions. These tokens can grant extra moves, allow you to find treasure (collect crystals), cause you to lose a turn, or even lose crystals.
4. Collect Crystals: Throughout the game, you will have opportunities to collect ice crystals. The goal is to gather these crystals as you progress.
5. Reach the Castle: The first player to reach the ice castle at the end of the path with their collected crystals wins the game!
