Safety Instructions

  • Always assemble the product on a clean, flat, and soft surface to prevent scratches and damage.
  • Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
  • Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity for each shelf as specified in the "Specifications" section. Overloading can lead to instability and damage.
  • Utilize the included anti-tipping device to secure the shelf to a wall, especially if children or pets are present. This significantly reduces the risk of tip-over accidents.
  • Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children during assembly to prevent choking hazards.
  • Avoid placing hot items directly on the shelves without protective padding.
  • Do not stand or climb on the unit.

Assembly Instructions

Follow the numbered steps in the provided assembly guide. All parts are clearly labeled to facilitate a smooth assembly process.

  1. Unpack and Identify: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface. Identify each part using the provided parts list and diagrams.
  2. Assemble Frame: Begin by connecting the main steel frame components according to the diagrams. Do not fully tighten screws until all parts are loosely assembled.
  3. Attach Shelves: Secure the particle board shelves to the frame using the designated screws. Ensure the shelves are oriented correctly.
  4. Install Wire Basket: Slide the wire basket into its designated runners. Ensure the safety button mechanism is correctly engaged to prevent accidental removal.
  5. Attach S-Hooks Bar: Secure the bar for the S-hooks to the side of the frame.
  6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all screws and bolts.
  7. Adjust Feet: Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the unit to ensure it stands stable and level on your floor.
  8. Install Anti-Tipping Device: For safety, always install the anti-tipping device. Mark the wall, drill pilot holes, and secure the strap to both the shelf and the wall as instructed.

Note: Two people are recommended for assembly to ensure stability and ease of handling larger components.

Operating and Usage Instructions

The VASAGLE Kitchen Shelf is designed for versatile storage in your kitchen or other areas. Its multi-level design allows for organized placement of various items.

  • Main Surface: The large top surface (90 x 39 cm) is ideal for larger kitchen appliances such as microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, or blenders.
  • Upper Shelf: The elevated upper shelf provides convenient space for spices, small decorative items, or frequently used condiments.
  • Middle and Lower Shelves: These shelves offer ample space for pots, pans, cookbooks, storage containers, or other kitchen essentials.
  • Wire Basket: The pull-out wire basket is perfect for storing fruits, vegetables, smaller dishes, or pantry items, allowing for easy access.
  • S-Hooks: Utilize the six S-shaped hooks to hang ladles, spatulas, oven mitts, or other kitchen utensils, keeping them within reach and organized.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. Dry immediately after cleaning.
  • Regular Checks: Periodically inspect all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose screws to maintain stability.
  • Avoid Moisture: While the shelves are durable, prolonged exposure to excessive moisture should be avoided to prevent warping or damage to the particle board.
  • Weight Distribution: Distribute weight evenly across the shelves to prevent stress on any single point and maintain the unit's balance.

Troubleshooting
