2. Safety Instructions
Always observe the following safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Use only the original power adapter and charging dock provided by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the robot in wet environments or near water sources.

4. Product Overview
4.1 Robot Top View

5. Setup
5.1 Unpacking and Initial Preparation
- Remove all packaging materials and protective films from the robot and accessories.
- Attach the two side brushes by pressing them onto their respective posts on the underside of the robot until they click into place.
5.2 Placing the Charging Dock
- Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface.
- Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides of the dock and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of it.
- Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a power outlet. The indicator light on the dock will illuminate.
5.3 Initial Charging
- Place the robot onto the charging dock, ensuring the charging contacts align. The robot will announce that it is charging.
- Allow the robot to fully charge before its first use. This typically takes 4-5 hours. The power indicator light on the robot will change when fully charged.
5.4 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
- Download the "Netbot LS23" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register an account and log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your device. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the robot does not support 5GHz networks.
- During the connection process, you may need to press and hold both the Power and Home buttons on the robot simultaneously for 3-5 seconds until it announces "Wi-Fi reset" or similar.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Starting/Stopping Cleaning
- Start Cleaning: Press the Power button on the robot or tap "Start" in the app. The robot will begin cleaning in Auto mode.
- Pause Cleaning: Press the Power button again or tap "Pause" in the app.
- Return to Dock: Press the Home button on the robot or tap "Recharge" in the app. The robot will automatically return to the charging dock.
6.2 Cleaning Modes (via App)
- Auto Cleaning: The robot intelligently maps and cleans your home.
- Spot Cleaning: Directs the robot to clean a specific small area intensively.
- Edge Cleaning: The robot cleans along walls and furniture edges.
- Zone Cleaning: Define specific areas on the map for the robot to clean.
- Scheduled Cleaning: Set specific times for the robot to clean automatically.
6.3 Mopping Function
- Fill the water tank with clean water. Do not use detergents or harsh chemicals.
- Attach the mop cloth firmly to the water tank.
- Insert the filled water tank into the robot until it clicks into place.
- The robot will automatically switch to vacuuming and mopping mode.
- Note: Remove the water tank before charging to prevent water damage to the charging dock or robot.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum cleaner.
7.1 Emptying the Dust Bin and Cleaning Filters
- Press the release button to remove the dust bin/water tank module.
- Open the dust bin cover and empty its contents into a trash can.
- Remove the primary filter and HEPA filter. Tap them gently to remove dust. Rinse the primary filter with water if necessary, but ensure it is completely dry before re-installing. Do not wash the HEPA filter.
- Reassemble the filters and dust bin, then re-insert the module into the robot.
7.2 Cleaning Brushes
- Main Brush: Remove the main brush cover and lift out the main brush. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any hair or debris tangled around the brush.
- Side Brushes: Pull the side brushes off their posts. Remove any tangled hair or debris. If brushes are worn, replace them with new ones.
7.3 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts
- Wipe the cliff sensors (located on the bottom of the robot), wall sensors (on the side), and charging contacts (on the robot and dock) with a clean, dry cloth.
- Ensure the laser navigation sensor (LIDAR) on top is free from obstructions and dust.
7.4 Cleaning the Water Tank and Mop Cloth
- After each mopping session, empty any remaining water from the tank.
- Remove the mop cloth and rinse it thoroughly with water. Allow it to air dry completely before re-attaching or storing.
