Display and Controls
The main unit's display is divided into several sections, providing a quick overview of all relevant data. Control buttons are located on the side for easy adjustment of settings.

Image Description: A detailed diagram showing the various sections of the weather station's display and the functions of the side buttons. Key display areas include remote sensor data (A1: Outdoor Temperature, A2: Outdoor Humidity, A3: Time/Date), forecast (B1: Weather Forecast, B2: Weather Trend, B3: Moon Phases), and indoor sensor data (C1: Indoor Temperature, C2: Indoor Humidity, C3: Comfort Level, C4: Barometric Pressure History). The side buttons are labeled for setting time, alarm, brightness, and other functions.
Setup
1. Powering the Main Unit
The main unit can be powered either by the included power adapter for continuous display illumination or by batteries for portable use with temporary illumination.

Image Description: An illustration demonstrating two power modes: 1) AC power adapter for continuous display illumination, and 2) battery operation (2x AA batteries) where the display illuminates for 15 seconds after a button press.
- AC Power Adapter: Connect the power adapter to the main unit and a power outlet. The display will remain continuously lit.
- Battery Operation: Insert 3x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. The display will light up for 15 seconds after any button press.
2. Installing Batteries in the Outdoor Sensor
The outdoor sensor requires 2x AA batteries (not included) for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries.

Image Description: A view of the back of the main weather station unit, showing its stand, and an outdoor sensor with its battery compartment open, revealing two AA batteries inside.
3. Pairing the Outdoor Sensor
Once both units are powered, the main unit will automatically attempt to connect with the outdoor sensor. Place the outdoor sensor within a 60-meter range in an open field for optimal signal reception. The weather station supports up to three outdoor sensors, though typically only one is included.

Image Description: An illustration showing the main weather station unit on a shelf, with three smaller images below depicting outdoor sensors (CH1, CH2, CH3) placed in different environments: outside a house, near a baby, and in a kitchen. This highlights the ability to connect up to three external sensors.
4. Placement
The main unit can be placed on a tabletop using its integrated stand or mounted on a wall.

Image Description: Two images showing the weather station's versatility: one on a bedside table using its built-in stand, and another mounted on a wall above a stack of books.
Operating Instructions
DCF Radio Clock Function
The weather station automatically receives the DCF radio signal to set the current time and date with atomic clock precision. This ensures accurate timekeeping without manual adjustment.

Image Description: The weather station display with a green glowing icon indicating the reception of the DCF radio signal, which automatically sets the time.
Display Brightness Adjustment
When powered by the AC adapter, the display brightness can be adjusted to 5 levels. This feature is not available in battery-only mode.

Image Description: An illustration showing the weather station display at various brightness levels (100%, 70%, 30%, 0%), indicating that brightness is adjustable only when the unit is connected to mains power.
Alarm Function
The weather station includes an alarm clock with a snooze function. Refer to the labeled diagram in the Product Overview section for button locations to set the alarm.
Weather Forecast and Trends
The station provides a weather forecast for the next 24 hours and displays weather trends. It also shows moon phases and can be programmed with individual temperature alarms for high and low thresholds.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the display and casing. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries in both the main unit and outdoor sensor when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
- Outdoor Sensor Placement: Periodically check the outdoor sensor's placement to ensure it is protected from direct sunlight and heavy rain for accurate readings and longevity.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No display on main unit | No power, dead batteries, or faulty adapter. | Check power adapter connection or replace batteries. |
| Outdoor sensor not connecting | Sensor too far, interference, or dead batteries. | Move sensor closer, reduce interference, or replace sensor batteries. Re-pair if necessary (refer to setup). |
| Incorrect time display | DCF signal not received or manual time not set. | Ensure good reception for DCF signal (avoid electronic interference). Manually set time if DCF signal is consistently unavailable. |
| Inaccurate temperature/humidity | Sensor exposed to direct sunlight/rain or poor ventilation. | Relocate outdoor sensor to a shaded, well-ventilated area. Ensure indoor unit is not near heat sources or vents. |
