• Avoid placing the extender in areas with significant metal obstructions or thick concrete walls, as these can interfere with Z-Wave signals.
• If extending coverage to an outdoor sensor or a separate structure, placing the extender in an enclosed outdoor outlet or near an exterior wall closest to the device can improve signal strength.

Pairing with Ring Alarm Base Station
