1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your WZRELB Pure Sine Wave 5000W 24V Power Inverter. This device converts 24V DC battery power into 120V AC household electricity, suitable for various applications including solar power systems and RVs. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use.

2. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safety and performance of your inverter. Follow these steps carefully:
- Battery Connection: Connect the inverter to a 24V DC battery system. Ensure the battery is fully charged before installation.
- Polarity: Connect the red cable to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and the inverter. Connect the black cable to the negative (-) terminal of the battery and the inverter. Reverse connection of positive and negative terminals is strictly forbidden.
- Cabling: Use the standard battery cables provided. For optimal performance and safety, ensure all connections are tightened securely. If using custom cables, ensure they are larger than AWG4. For cable lengths exceeding 24 inches, use thicker gauge cables to minimize voltage drop. If your inverter model includes 4 cables, use all of them to connect the inverter and battery to ensure full output.
- Battery Capacity: It is recommended to connect the inverter to a battery system with a capacity greater than 250AH for stable operation.
- Fuse Installation: Install a 250 Amp fuse between the inverter and the battery for the 5000W 24V DC version to protect against overcurrent.
- Grid Connection: Do not connect the inverter directly to grid power.

3. Operating Instructions
Follow these guidelines for safe and effective operation of your WZRELB inverter:
- Power-Up Sequence: Turn on the inverter first using the ON/OFF switch. After the inverter is stable, then turn on your connected loads. This sequence is important due to the soft start function, which ensures stable output.
- Power-Down Sequence: Turn off all connected loads first, then turn off the inverter.
- Load Management: Do not overload the inverter. The continuous power rating is 5000W, with a peak power of 10000W.
- Inductive Loads: For inductive loads (e.g., motors, compressors, refrigerators, microwaves, water pumps, air conditioners), the starting power can be significantly higher than the rated power. Choose an inverter with a continuous power rating 3-7 times higher than the appliance's rated power. For refrigerators, a power inverter 10 times higher than the appliance's rated power is recommended.
- Cooling Fan: The intelligent cooling fan operates based on temperature, not load. It will activate when the internal temperature exceeds 50°C (122°F) to maintain optimal operating temperature and prolong battery life.
- Remote Controller: The remote controller requires a 23A 12V battery (not included due to transportation safety regulations). Purchase this battery locally if you intend to use the remote function.
4. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your inverter, consider the following maintenance points:
- Cleanliness: Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Regularly check the cooling fan vents to ensure they are not obstructed.
- Connections: Periodically inspect all electrical connections (DC input, AC output) for tightness and corrosion. Loose connections can lead to overheating and reduced efficiency.
- Environment: Operate the inverter in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and flammable materials.
- Battery Health: Ensure your battery system is well-maintained and charged according to its manufacturer's specifications. A healthy battery system is vital for inverter performance.
5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your WZRELB inverter:
| Symptom | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Inverter does not turn on |
|
|
| Inverter shuts down during operation |
|
|
| Red light flashing | Input voltage is slightly high. | Monitor input voltage; ensure it stays within the acceptable range (21V-30V). |
| Output unstable at first seconds | Incorrect power-up sequence (loads turned on before inverter). | Always turn on the inverter first, then the loads. |
