3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation

The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries for operation. Follow these steps to install the batteries:

1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control by sliding it downwards.
2. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into place until it clicks securely.

3.2. Programming TV/STB/Source Keys (Learning Mode)

The remote control features programmable keys (TV, STB, Source) that can learn functions from other remote controls. This allows you to control basic functions of your TV or other devices directly from the Formuler remote. To program these keys:

4. The LED on the Formuler remote will blink three times and then stay solid, indicating successful learning.
5. Repeat steps 2-3 for any other keys you wish to program (e.g., Volume Up, Volume Down, Mute).
6. To exit Learning Mode, press any other button on the Formuler remote that is not being programmed, or wait for 10 seconds for it to exit automatically. The LED will turn off.
