  1. Insert Infuser: Place your desired amount of loose-leaf tea into the stainless steel infuser. Insert the infuser into the kettle, ensuring it is properly seated.
  2. Fill Kettle: Fill the kettle with water, ensuring the water level is appropriate for brewing and does not exceed the MAX line, especially when brewing tea to avoid overflow during boiling.
  3. Select Temperature: Choose the optimal brewing temperature for your tea type (e.g., 80°C for green tea, 90°C for oolong, 100°C for black tea). The adjustable thermostat ranges from 40°C to 100°C.

    • Fill the kettle with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water.
    • Boil the solution and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
    • Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times.
    • For stubborn deposits, repeat the process or use a commercial descaling solution following its instructions.
  • Tea Infuser: Remove the tea infuser and rinse it under running water. Use a small brush if necessary to remove tea residues. It is dishwasher safe.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the kettle in a clean, dry place.
