2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Read all instructions before using the kettle.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the kettle base in water or other liquid.

4. Setup

2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
3. Placement: Place the power base on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (220V).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Boiling Water

1. Fill Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN line or above the MAX line (1.2L).
2. Place on Base: Securely place the kettle onto the power base.
3. Power On: Press the "On/Off" button on the control panel. The display will illuminate.
4. Select Temperature: Use the temperature control buttons (e.g., "Regulate" or specific temperature presets) to select your desired water temperature (e.g., 100°C for boiling). The kettle offers 5 quick-start temperature settings.
5. Start Boiling: The kettle will begin heating the water to the selected temperature. The digital display will show the current temperature.

5.2. Using the Tea Infuser

The integrated tea infuser allows for direct brewing of loose-leaf tea.

1. Insert Infuser: Place your desired amount of loose-leaf tea into the stainless steel infuser. Insert the infuser into the kettle, ensuring it is properly seated.
2. Fill Kettle: Fill the kettle with water, ensuring the water level is appropriate for brewing and does not exceed the MAX line, especially when brewing tea to avoid overflow during boiling.
3. Select Temperature: Choose the optimal brewing temperature for your tea type (e.g., 80°C for green tea, 90°C for oolong, 100°C for black tea). The adjustable thermostat ranges from 40°C to 100°C.
4. Start Brewing: The kettle will heat the water. Once the temperature is reached, allow the tea to steep for the recommended time.

5.3. Keep Warm Function

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
