2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
4.1 Attaching the Blower Tube
- Align the grooves on the blower tube with the corresponding slots on the blower's air outlet.
- Push the tube firmly onto the blower until it clicks into place.
- Ensure the tube is securely attached before operation.

4.2 Battery Installation and Removal
- To install: Slide the 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion battery pack into the battery port on the blower until it locks into place with a click.
- To remove: Press the release button on the battery pack and slide the battery out of the blower.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Off
To power on the blower, simply pull the variable speed trigger. To power off, release the trigger.
5.2 Variable Speed Trigger and Cruise Control
The blower features a variable speed trigger, allowing you to control the airflow by adjusting the pressure applied to the trigger. For continuous operation at a desired speed, utilize the cruise control lever.
- Variable Speed: Gently squeeze the trigger for lower airflow, and press harder for maximum airflow (up to 116 MPH).
- Cruise Control: Once the desired speed is reached by pulling the trigger, push the cruise control lever forward to lock the speed. To release, pull the trigger fully and then release it.

5.3 General Operation Tips
- Maintain a comfortable grip on the ergonomic handle. The in-line fan design contributes to better tool balance.
- Direct the blower tube towards the debris you wish to clear.
- Use lower speeds for delicate areas or light debris, and higher speeds for heavier or stubborn materials.
- Move in a sweeping motion to effectively gather debris into piles.

6. Maintenance

- Cleaning: After each use, remove the battery pack and clean the exterior of the blower with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the air intake and outlet are free of debris.
- Battery Care: Store battery packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods.
- Storage: Store the blower in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.
